Saturday, April 6, 2024, the Simi Valley PTA/PTSA Council, with the support of Simi Unified School District, is excited to host the 2024 Junior Olympics at Royal High School.

The Junior Olympics is a fun and exciting event for SVUSD students. It is a day of competition, sportsmanship, and community spirit. We are expecting over 1,000-plus student athletes this year. Students will showcase their athletic skills and sportsmanship in a variety of challenging, inspiring track and field events. 

For many students, the Junior Olympics provides their first exposure to competitive sports like track and field and volleyball. The events offer a chance for these athletes to test their skills against their peers. For many former Junior Olympics athletes, these events served as a stepping stone for SVUSD middle school and high school sports team participation.
