We invite community leaders, businesses, and organizations to join us in our mission to support the children and youth of Simi Valley public schools. Our Sponsorship Program has been redesigned, effective July 1, 2025, to reflect the increase in National PTA dues amounts and to provide more delineated options to our different types of sponsors.

Individual Sponsorship - $150
Ideal for individuals who do not have a business to promote and are looking to support Simi Valley PTA Council and its units. Example: SVUSD employees, School Board members, and people with students at multiple schools.

Individual Sponsorship Perks:

• Membership in all of the PTA/PTSAs in Simi Valley

• Eligible for Membership Perks from CAPTA and National PTA

• Listed as a sponsor on our website

• Listed as a sponsor at our Fall Street Fair booth (sponsorship must be received by October 15, 2025 to qualify)

• Will be thanked on social media channels

Professional Sponsorship - $250

Ideal for individuals who want both memberships and to promote their business within the general community, but don’t necessarily need to market themselves directly to school PTA/PTSA units. Example: realtors, dentists/doctors, other small businesses.

Professional Sponsorship Perks:

• Membership in all of the PTA/PTSAs in Simi Valley

• Eligible for Membership Perks from CAPTA and National PTA

• Listed as a sponsor on our website

• Listed as a sponsor at our Fall Street Fair booth (sponsorship must be received by October 15, 2025 to qualify)

• Certificate of appreciation

• Dedicated thank you post on social media

• Opportunity to provide a flyer to be linked on our website (with a maximum of 2 updates per year)

Business Partnership - $350

Ideal for businesses, non-profits, or organizations that would like to support Simi Valley PTA Council and promote their business, but do not need individual unit memberships. 100% of the Business Partnership donation will go to Simi Valley PTA Council to aid in providing training, programs, and events such as Junior Olympics.

Business Partnership Perks:

• Sponsor highlight on the home page of the Council’s website.

• Listed as a sponsor at the Fall Street Fair booth (sponsorship must be received by October 15, 2025 to qualify)

• Opportunity to provide a flyer to be linked on our website (with a maximum of 2 updates per year).

• Dedicated thank you post on social media

• Certificate of appreciation

• Opportunity to be a Perk Partner (offer discount on shopping or services, freebies, etc.) to all Simi Valley PTA general members. See details below.

• Opportunity to share a flyer with our school PTA/PTSA unit executive boards* 

• Opportunity to present business at a Presidents Roundtable Meeting.* This is ideal for companies that can offer programs or services through units, such as fundraisers or assemblies. *Distribution of information/flyers to students and families requires separate SVUSD clearance, which must be facilitated directly between the business and SVUSD.

• Opportunity to display a banner at the annual Junior Olympics event:

  • • Business must supply a 3’ x 5’ banner to participate. The banner must be approved before the event to confirm it follows PTA and SVUSD guidelines.

    • Additional participation options in Junior Olympics, such as free items for participants, can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Companies are not allowed to present themselves as a vendor, as that is not the intent or purpose of the event. We welcome companies to provide volunteers dressed in company shirts, provided they complete SVUSD volunteer paperwork for clearance.

• Receipt of donation to our 501(c)(3) organization for tax purposes, upon request.

Perk Partner – Cost: Perk Opportunity

Last year, we had over 6,500 PTA members in Simi Valley! Are you interested in reaching those potential customers? Offer all our Simi Valley PTA & PTSA members a perk! Examples: 10-15% off purchases, a free item with purchase, a reduced fee on services, etc. You will be listed as a Perk Partner on membership information distributed to all 23 PTA/PTSA units and their membership base! You will also be listed as a Perk Partner on our website and social media.

This opportunity does not include membership in any units. All perks must be available to our members during the membership year running from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. We do not share personal member information. All PTA members receive access to a physical and/or digital membership card, and it will be at their discretion to take advantage of offered perks. Businesses are individually responsible for verifying proof of membership, adhering to the perk offer as stated, and tracking the perks granted if desired. Perk Partner opportunities arranged after October 31, 2025, may receive less traction as the primary Membership Drive period runs August through October. Simi Valley PTA Council reserves the right to decline perk partnerships that do not align with our governing bylaws or mission statement.
