Programs
Reflections
The Reflections Art Program has been bringing the arts to life for more than 10 million students since 1969. We encourage all our schools to participate in the program and have their students submit entries in Dance Choreography, Literature, Photography, Film Production, Music Composition, and Visual Arts.
Scholarships
The Simi Valley PTA Council offers scholarships to graduating Simi Valley high school seniors. Applications will be available at Royal, Simi, and Santa Susana High School college guidance or counseling offices.
Honorary Service Awards (HSA)
Honorary Service Awards are awarded throughout the year and designed as a unique way for PTA units, councils, and districts to publicly acknowledge individuals, businesses, and organizations for outstanding community service to children and youth in a community.
Junior Olympics
Junior Olympics is a city-wide event hosted by the Simi Valley PTA council for over 50 years! Traditionally all our public elementary schools send teams of 4th-6th grade students to compete in events such as volleyball, track & field events, and more.
Candidates Forum
Every election year, the Simi Valley PTA Council organizes and sponsors a Candidates Forum for the Simi Valley community. All candidates running for a position on the Simi Valley School Board are invited to participate and answer questions from community members.
Health & Welfare
The Simi Valley PTA Council helps bring enrichment and support to our students by making donations and partnering with organizations in our community several times a year.
Family Education
Throughout the year we offer seminars and education opportunities for the parents/guardians and families of our community.
